Internal dial bore calipers with a 135mm to 155mm measuring range. The calipers offer internal measurement of bores with a reach of 100mm. The legs have raised contact points allowing grooves, seals or circlip depths etc to be measured.
The legs of the internal calipers are sprung open and operated by the lever under the handle. Before using the calipers they need to be calibrated using either a setting ring, slip gauges or external mircometers. With the legs set between the known size turn the outside ring on the dial to match the size. The calipers are now calibrated to mesaure any size within its range. To measure the bore, pull the lever towards the handle and insert into the bore. Slowly release the lever and the bore measurement will be shown.
They are constructed of high quality hardened stainless steel, moulded handle and 55mm diameter dial indicator.
