Magnetic Tape Linear Encoders

Our range of magnetic linear encoders include two resolution options. The 5 micron resolution encoders are ideal for machine tool position including milling machines and lathe cross slide.The lower resolution 25 micron encoders are idea for cut off saws and saw fence gauging/measurement.
The magnetic scale tape is supplied in 100mm increments with a maximum single piece length of 25 metres and can be cut to length as required. In addition to the magnetic tape an aluminium support profile can be used to mount the tape the machine surface.
All the encoders offer a very compact profile size and high ingress protection rating.
