Overview
The AWE 120 series draw wire encoder with 1500mm (59 inch) travel. This type of encoder operates via sprung loaded stainless steel wire, as this wire is wound or unwound from the reel a quadrature encoders outputs a linear distance travelled. Simple mounting with threaded stud on the draw wire and M4 T slots on four sides of the main body. Also known as Draw wire transducers, cable transducers or string encoders.
