ORDERING FAQS

Do you provide VAT invoices?

Yes, VAT receipts are supplied for all orders.

I live outside of the UK, how can I order without paying VAT?

Once you select your billing/shipping country at checkout, the VAT will be removed automatically.

Where can I enter my discount code?

Enter your discount code in the box at checkout.

What is the cut off time for same day despatch?

We aim to despatch all orders placed before 2:30pm GMT/BST on the same working day.

Can I amend my order once it has been placed?

We’re happy to amend your order if it hasn’t yet been despatched, though we can’t always guarantee this. Please call us on 01992 455926 as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I place an order by phone?

Orders should be placed on the website.

If you would like a quote or would like to order via purchase order, or if you have any queries or issues, please do contact us by phone or email.

Do you offer wholesale/reseller discounts?

Yes! We can offer individual pricing, subject to terms and conditions; please get in touch, and our customer service team will be happy to help.

What is a back order?

If an item is out of stock, you can still reserve it by placing a back order. We’ll despatch your order as soon as the stock arrives.

Will I be charged immediately for my back order?

Yes, we will take payment immediately when you check out.

Some of my items are in stock, will you send me these before my back order item?

Where possible we can arrange to ship in-stock items in advance of back order items, however, this is not guaranteed. Please contact us for more information.

PAYMENT FAQS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA and Mastercard payments, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfers.



Do you accept American Express?

No, sorry we cannot accept American Express at this time.

Will my VAT number be displayed on my invoice?

Yes, if you have given us your VAT number at the time of ordering, your VAT number will be displayed on your invoice.

Do you offer interest free credit?

Orders placed Pay, Klarna or PayPal credit - see terms and conditions for more details at time of order. If you wish to apply for a business net 30 day account, please contact us.

Can I pay in currencies other than GBP?

Our UK websites only accept GBP, however, we can accept various currencies.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use DPD Local, Royal Mail, PalletForce and DHL

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide with very few restrictions.

Do you offer same day delivery?

In some cases we can offer a same day service, depending on items and location. This can only be arranged by calling us, please contact us for more information.

How much is shipping?

You can find out the shipping cost by using the shipping calculator in the basket section. You can do this before entering your details.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, please select Collection as your delivery option at checkout.

Does the international shipping price include taxes and duties?

Overseas Taxes and duties are not included, you will need to pay this once your goods reach customs.
