Description

This 2-axis DRO kit is designed to fit directly onto the Myford 254 lathe with a 21" standard between-center bed.

Embedded Cross Slide Encoder: Magnetic tape is integrated into the underside of the cross slide, freeing up space on the top and left sides.
Precision Components: Includes high-quality CNC-machined encoder brackets and all necessary fixings.
Magnetic Encoders: Features 5-micron resolution magnetic encoders for both the cross slide and carriage, with upgrade options available upon request.
Durable System: Non-contact system with IP67-sealed encoders and flexible armoured cables for reliable performance.
M-DRO MDC720 Console: Supplied with a high-performance 2-axis console offering functions such as:
- mm/inch conversion
- Radius or diameter display
- Tool offsets
- Taper measurement
- 200 SDM zero memory settings
User-Friendly Interface: Large LED display with a wipe-clean front panel, dedicated zero keys for each axis, and clearly marked function keys.
Comprehensive Support: Includes a UK-written user manual, full-colour step-by-step installation guides, a 2-year warranty, and full technical support from our engineers.
