The Mitutoyo MDC lite micrometre has a measurement range of 0mm to 25mm. This is high tech, lightweight, digital micrometre. It features the new electromagnetic absolute sensor, improving resistance to environmental conditions such as dirt, oil and water that can cause false readings. It has a measuring range of 0-25.4mm metric only and a ratchet stop. It has a zero-set key for easy origin setting. Also, it either has a ratchet stop or friction thimble for a constant measuring force, measurement readout with large characters on the LCD screen and carbide tipped measuring faces, available in a fitted plastic case. It also includes an automatic power ON/OFF feature, as well as low voltage and counting value composition error alarms. No spindle clamp and no data output.
