This replacement reading head is compatible with our 150mm and 300mm digital calipers and also fits horizontal scales up to 400mm. Featuring a resolution of 0.01mm (0.0005") and a clear 7mm character height, it includes a convenient hold function to freeze measurements for ease of reading and recording. Powered by an SR44 battery, it restores accurate performance to worn or damaged measuring tools.
Please confirm compatibility by measuring the PCB on the back of your existing reading head module, as shown in the product images.
This replacement reading head does not come with the rear label found on some calipers. To preserve your label while accessing screw holes, use a blunt rounded tool (such as the non-cutting end of a small drill bit) and apply gentle pressure with a slight twisting motion at the screw locations. This technique creates neat holes in the label, allowing screw removal without damage-similar to gasket punching.
